Situé à l’entrée du village de Knowlton, en face de la route Bailey, Le St-Martin était un restaurant gastronomique où Nancy et André Charbonneau offraient des plats succulents, accompagnés de vins soigneusement sélectionnés.

Avant même de commander, André décrivait le menu avec une véritable symphonie de mots, nous permettant de rêver aux arômes et aux textures avant d’y goûter.

Les plats étaient exquis et la musique créait une atmosphère intime et chaleureuse.

Located at the entrance to the village of Knowlton, across from Bailey Road, Le St-Martin was a fine dining restaurant where Nancy and André Charbonneau offered succulent dishes, accompanied by carefully selected wines.  

Before ordering, André would describe the menu with a symphony of words, allowing us to dream of the aromas and textures before even tasting them.

The food was exquisite and the music created an intimate, cozy atmosphere.
